As part of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Sustainability and Transformation Programme a new document, called ‘Evidence for Change’, was been published setting out why transformation of local services is key.

It summarises why local services need to change and shows the difference between how health and care services are doing currently, how they differ from the Programme’s vision for the future and how they could do better.

The ‘Evidence for Change’ document was discussed with patients, staff and the public across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough during March 2016, gathering ideas for improving local health services.

Local residents and staff at our organisations were asked to feedback on the document, in particular on the design principles and evaluation criteria for proposed solutions.
